Central America
Organized, dedicated pollinator NGOs are less consolidated in Central America than in North America; most current work happens through national governments and UN-affiliated programs. If you know of a grassroots group we should list, please let us know.

South America is home to an enormous diversity of native bees, hummingbirds, and bats, but formal advocacy organizations are still emerging in many countries — most current work is led by universities, government ministries, and the FAO/GIZ regional program above. We'll expand this section as more grassroots groups are identified.
